Changing Your Email Password

In your browser of choice, navigate to your webmail portal. (for example: mydomain.com/webmail)
Login with your current username and password.
Once you are logged in, you can click the blue drop-down box that contains your email address. This will reveal advanced options for your email account. Select “Change Password.”
Now type in your new password. The bare minimum we require are:
- Password cannot be empty.
- Passwords must be at least 5 characters long, we recommend at least 8 characters (with a combination of numbers, symbols, upper and/or lower case letters).
- Password strength must be at least 5 (the higher the better).
